This page is just for my loose gem stone and Coin collection.  I started collecting about a few years back and havent built up as impressive a collection as my cels but its getting there.

This is for me to be able to display what i own. 

As you will be able to tell, while my birth stone is a saphire, i do like Amythist as well.  While theres something about the luster of a midnight blue saphire or a crystal clear one, The amythist has a certin alure as well.  It as well as the saphire can range in all sorts of texture, color and clarity.  You just dont find those same characteristics in any other stones.  Thus why you will see more amythist and saphires in my collection then any others.
